EULA - End User License Agreement

This µutant ® Software License (hereinafter referred to as MSL) is applicable to each and every piece of software to which Mutant is an integral part. This license is applicable to all software that is built on or derived from µutant ®, and is subject to µutant ® copyright.
A notice placed by the copyright holder, ITeam World Trade Corporation saying it may be distributed under the terms of this License. The product, hereinafter referred to as the “software”, constitutes any such software or work, and a "software derived from or based on the “Software” means either the Program or any derivative work that is protected by copyright law. Any software or piece of software containing the Software or any portion of it, identical or with modifications that reflect the intellectual property of the Software or its components, or any of its translations into another language (Hereinafter, translation is included without limitation in the term "translation".) Every license owner is hereinafter referred to as holder.

This license strictly prohibits activities such as copying, distribution or modification and the Holder is held responsible for such actions and must act upon them.

Terms of Use of MSL

1. This license gives the holder the right to run the Software on any machine of his choice. The Software depends on an activation key based on a hardware address. Failure of operation or crash of the holder’s system that may result in loss of the Software is not covered by the MSL.

2. The holder agrees that maximum number of concurrent users that the Software allows is 16.

3. The MSL prohibits the holder from any attempt to modify, change, or add, in whole or in part, to the Software. Attempts to reverse-engineer, decompile or crack the Software are strictly prohibited subject the holder to legal action.

4. This Software makes use of standard libraries. If identifiable sections of such work are not derived from the Software, and are considered independent and separate works in themselves, then this License, and its terms, does not apply to those sections and the MSL does not cover any failure or error that is attributed to such standard libraries .

5. For an executable work, complete source code means all the source code for all modules it contains, plus any associated interface definition files, plus the scripts used to control compilation and installation of the executable. This MSL does not cover errors or crashes of which the operating system on which the executable runs, unless that component itself accompanies the executable.

6. You may not copy, modify, sublicense, or distribute the Program except as expressly provided under this License. Any attempt otherwise to copy, modify, sublicense or distribute the Program is void, and will automatically terminate your rights under this License.

7. You are required to accept this MSL, since you have acquired the Software. This MSL is binding the moment you acquire a copy of the Software, and even before you receive your Activation Key.

8. The distribution and/or use of the Program is restricted in certain countries either by patents or by copyrighted interfaces, the original copyright holder who places the Program under this License may add an explicit geographical distribution limitation excluding those countries, so that distribution is permitted only in or among countries not thus excluded. In such case, this License incorporates the limitation as if written in the body of this License.

9. ITeam World Trade Corporation may publish revised and/or new versions of the MSL Public License from time to time. Such new versions will be similar in spirit to the present version, but may differ in detail to address new problems or concerns. Each version is given a different number. If the Software specifies a version number of this License which applies to it and "any later version", you have the option of following the terms and conditions either of that version or of any later version.

TERMINATION AND NO WARRANTY

1. TERMINATION. If you breach any section of the MSL your right to use the Software will terminate immediately and without notice. You must destroy all copies of the Software. ITeam World Trade Corporation reserves the right to terminate this MSL upon its judgment of breach of this MSL.
2. TRADEMARKS You may not remove or alter any trademark, logo, copyright or other proprietary notice in or on the Software. This license does not grant you any right to use the trademarks, service marks or logos of ITeam World Trade Corporation.
3. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY. THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITH ALL FAULTS. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. ITEAM DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES THAT THE PRODUCT IS FREE OF DEFECTS, MERCHANTABLE, FIT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGING. YOU BEAR ENTIRE RISK AS TO SELECTING THE PRODUCT FOR YOUR PURPOSES AND AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT. THIS LIMITATION WILL APPLY NOTWITHSTANDING THE FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY REMEDY
